Why e-CREATOR? Needs Who? How?

The project is meant to be a helpful tool for training e-learning content designers:

• Designers will learn how to master the high technology tools used for the edition of electronic courses.
• Designers will learn how to develop contents appropriate to the requirements of the new environment.

Why?

The new technologies applied to training have proved to be very useful but at the same time require previous technical training and practical knowledge.

Most trainers lack the fundamental know-how and the knowledge of the resources at their hand e-learning experts agree in the difficulties found for making traditional contents fit within the new technical environment:

• Some contents are presented as simple e-books; static pages that usually end in the printer returning to the essence of traditional books the trainer is eliminated from the scenario or turned into an impersonal e-mail.
• Most trainers lack the fundamental know-how and the knowledge of the resources at their hand e-learning experts agree in the difficulties found for making traditional contents fit within the new technical environment
